I’m so excited, I CAN NOT wait to put these into play!!! Jason is awesome and so accommodating. If all businesses could follow his passion and care they would be super successful. Can’t wait to meet him and see the facility!
Ha… hmm, it’s not THAT far away from Louisville… and we have a friend who has a lakehouse in that region… Might have to make a summer road trip!
I spoke with Jason recently and couldn’t be more impressed. I’m likely a year or two away from moving away from my Mizuno’s and checking out the Sub70’s (as they continue to do more lefty clubs), but going to be leaning on my dad hard to check them out since he is committed to getting new irons this year.
I’m telling you, if all businesses took care of their clients like Sub70 does, I think there would be a lot more success stories. He mentioned being a 100,000,000 dollar company and keeping the same level of customer service and I truly believe that to be true. Pretty amazing, very impressed.
@Sub70_Jay - any plans to sell to UK? Appreciate it will be more challenging to offer same level of customer service.
Thanks for the message! We do ship to the UK now. In fact we ship anywhere in the world. There are some difficulties…for example we can’t off our demo program internationally. Obviously the time and cost associated with shipping/import fees is tough as well. We are working with a UK distribution partner that we hope will make it easier, faster and more affordable for anyone interested in Sub 70 equipment in the UK. I’m hoping they are up and running in the next few months
Exciting! I just ordered JB Wedge from Sub70 – now I play the waiting game but looking forward to a better short game.
1 week! 1 freaking week is all it took Sub70 to custom build my clubs during CoViD. To say I’m impressed is an understatement, these guys don’t get nearly enough credit for the customer care. What a freaking awesome group! Can’t wait to go see the facility and pick them up on Tuesday!!! Hell yes!!!
It’s a different topic for a different day and a different forum… but yeah, smaller companies have such a service advantage right now and Sub70 fires on all cylinders in that regard. Entire process is easy, and they WANT to take care of you. It’s an amazing difference.
I might just buy my next set from them because they are awesome (and make great clubs)…
Just received my new Sub70 Wedge a couple days ago. It exceeds all expectations I had. It’s a quality club built exactly to fit me from lie/loft to shaft and grip – it is awesome. Also, love the Sub70 ball mark and tees they gave as a freebie as well.
Thanks @Sub70_Jay !
Interested to hear how you like it!
Thank you Will! Truly appreciate it. If you ever need anything let us know!
I’ll report back after I put it into play this weekend but I love the bounce (it’s the low bounce version) and the feel seems great compared to my old Callaway PM Grind it’s replacing. When you factor all the customization of lie, shaft, etc, it’s really a stellar deal.
Now that is a lovely looking club. Could be a good choice when my SM7s wear out
Had a chance to play both days this weekend and the Sub70 58 is going to stay in the bag. Great feel and consistency. I love the low bounce and can flop it pretty easy. Had a couple of bunker shots that went well. It helped that I knocked one in from 75yds out with it landing about 18" short and dropped in on the first bounce.
I may end up buying a second Sub70 wedge with a little more bounce and lower loft to round out my set.
@Sub70_Jay Jay: Any word on when the fixed hosel pro hybrids might be coming out? I’m anti-adjustable on hybrids for whatever reason…
I haven’t spent any money on Sub70 recently, and it’s starting to make me itch… might just have to order some wedges instead!
Awesome…congrats on the hole out!
My latest ETA is mid-March so hopefully we’ll have those in the next 4-6 weeks for you!
Awesome… I’m probably going to grab some wedges soon and maybe a hybrid when it comes
Awesome! If you have any questions at all just let me know. You can always email me at [email protected] as well
