Cool. With the V2 I had to do that a lot then it seemed to get used to me. Occasional added shot if I gave my trolley a decent shove! 
My pre shot routine includes two practice shots so I think that helps.
I actually enjoy the editing part as well, it prolongs the whole experience!
There is definitely a learning process. I forgot to set my putts at the pin on one hole and I have started carrying my clubs with the grip away from my wrist so it doesn’t tag the club before I get to my ball.
Mine is too, or is recording the wrong shots. I’m going to bring a pencil/paper and record my shots from here on out just to make sure I get all the info right.
It also took me a minute to figure out how to edit shots and where I took them from.
Still happy with the watch, though.
