Where does everyone live? (Maybe we can make new golf buddies)

I’m from Westchester, NY. Not far from Jon.

Southwest Florida, Fort Myers area.

West Norriton, PA, about 25 min NW of Philly (near Valley Forge)

I grew up in Marion, my folks still live on 10 at Hunters Ridge. I was back home this weekend and saw the damage on the course from the Derecho. I know CRCC took a beating as well. Do you know how the other courses faired?

Thomasville, GA. Won’t hold my breath for anyone else to post that they live there. Haha

I just finished watching Yellowstone. But I’m pretty sure every person who hears you’re from Montana says that now :joy:

Most got hit really hard. I play most of my golf @ Indian Creek (love the 3 hour 18 hole rounds) & lost a ton of trees there. Played Squaw Wednesday wasn’t as bad. Ellis is bad, not open likely rest of the year. Jones isn’t open either.

I’m in the Boston area. Can’t say I’m too good, but I think I’m getting better and love to keep trying. In fact, golf is about all I end up talking about while on the course. Let me know if you’re into that. After all, these days it’s a lot safer to talk about golf than politics!

Just looked again, is your dad Brian Wilson?

Strapped is a great series! I love the NLU crew

Ahh Indian Creek, I used to ride my bike there and spend the entire day there as a kid. Bummer to hear how hard some of the courses got hit.

Thats him. Not the Beach Boy or baseball player though.

I’m in northern Virginia, not too far from Washington DC. I play my golf a bit further west, just east of the Blue Ridge, as well as in the Pinehurst area.
I know a couple of forums have established a member’s map through Google Maps, where each member can put a pin in their location. Its a nice way to scan to see who is near specific parts of the world.

I’m in Omaha, NE (just outside in the ‘burbs). I play primarily at Indian Creek Golf Course where they play the Korn Ferry Pinnacle Bank Championship. There’s a lot of great golf around here and I’m lucky to have access to most of it.

I’m sad usually from late October through mid-March because Winter.

I was in Omaha for a while after I came back from Korea (parents live in Plattsmouth so it was the easy landing point). I was in Bellevue, so I was playing Willow Lakes and Tregaron a decent amount. Moved to Los Angeles area about three years ago, much prefer the weather here :grinning:

I’m in Connecticut just outside of Hartford. The land of high taxes and bad weather :grinning:

Playa del Carmen, Mexico!
