What are the favorite non-club items in your bag?

Besides the clubs and strictly utilitarian items in your bag like brushes and towels, what are your favorite things in there?
The things that have been in my bag the longest now (even longer than the current clubs actually) is two poker chip ball markers. I know some folks hate the poker chip ball markers, but I got these at Sky72 golf resort in Incheon, South Korea. When you have a birdie putt, the caddie uses these markers to line up your putt (they have a big arrow on one side and famous Korean golfers on the other). If you make the putt, you get to keep the marker. I made two during a round there in 2012 and they’ve been in any golf bag I’ve had since even if I don’t use them to mark.
Newer addition is a LA dodgers ball mark/green repair tool combo. I genuinely enjoy fixing pitch marks on the green and have become a pretty big Dodgers fan since moving to LA (plus they have the best colors).
How about you? (side note: if you have a really amazing brush or towel, I suppose those would be allowed)

With there still being no water coolers out on my course, the stainless steel vacuum sealed water bottles I put in my bag are my favorite non-staple items. Formerly just carried one with ice only and filled it up at the water coolers. Now pack 3 or 4 with ice water to get me through the round.

Good call! I’m never without my 64oz. double-walled steel growler clipped to my bag. Absolute necessity these days.

My favorite thing is the bag itself…

It’s a ping hoofer I got my senior year of high school… has my name embroidered on the front and the school on the side… it’s fun in Kentucky to explain that it’s my Dallas high school bag…

I have confidence that it will be in better shape in five years than any bag I buy today… it’s awesome.

Hoofers are infinite. If you don’t want to you don’t ever have to get rid of them.

Mine is my portable speaker. I know some people are adamant against music on the course and will cite some article of a rule book they read to argue against it, but as long as your group is cool with it and you’re not bothering other groups, let’s have some fun and keep it light.

The old canvas ones, at least… no idea on the newer models…

Guy in my league has a brand new one. It’s sexy and looks like the quality hasn’t dropped. I’m sure they’re just as good as the ones we grew up with.

On the opposite end, my wife decided I needed a new bag last year because my 14 year old Hoofer was “faded”. She got me a Titleist bag. It’s nice and fancy and pretty. But one year in the spot where one of the straps connects broke and it can’t be fixed. Disappointing.

I showed my bag to the ping rep and he said I shouldn’t replace it… I’ll try to grab a picture tomorrow.

It’s obnoxious and I love it.

My Larry the Lynx driver headcover. When I take it off and put it down on the back of the tee I feel his evil eyes watching me and then hopefully hit a good drive.!

That’s a great looking bag!

Mine has to be my bushnell neo ghost. It is an older version one I have had for a number of years, but love how small it is. I hardly notice it in my pocket when I walk. Helps me stay away from going after pins, as well as helps me play to the back of the green number.

I’m still just shocked at the condition it is in… it did not get treated well from ages 20-30… it fortunately was not in the apartment I lived in that burned down.

For me it’s my sunglasses case. Some sunglasses distort your view. My golf sunglasses do not.

Probably my remove before flight head covers. Had them custom made to look like the remove before flight tags you see on airplanes and helicopters. Because of my profession and the profession I am seeking I feel like it’s a perfect double entendre.

A can of diet soda. And a jacket, for when the wind picks up.

OK, forgive me, but what are they? Too small to be shot glasses

8 tool Swiss Army knife. Can sharpen pencil, use for 1st aid, open wine bottles.
Hmmmm makes me wonder which pocket is it buried in this week.
