Thanks for providing the recording. This was great.
I’ve used them and never got to the point where I went past the first protocol. I did about 5 weeks of 3 days a week consistently and since then have been off and on between zero/one/two times a week. The discussion on the plateauing and impact on where to be in the protocols was great. I think given my ability to regularly do it, I’ll just stick with protocol 1, maybe move into 2, but I don’t feel as bad about being infrequent in doing it given the discussion!
