I’m slowly building a repository of exercises to use during practice. And after following the 8 weeks program of Adam Young I feel that it is beneficial to track the results over time. My issue is that I’m not sure how to do this tracking in a convenient and useful way.
It’s easy to build a spreadsheets in google docs for a single session. Unfortunately the app on iOS is kind of limited and it’s not convenient to duplicate a large chunk of content from a phone. I could try to always prepare the training session in advance from a computer, but being realistic it won’t happen.
It would also be great if I could find a way to include data from stuff like trackman. Maybe just trackman reports. But also results of trackman combines.
Does anyone have something good setup? I’m almost tempted to develop a small app specifically for this.
