For sale or giveaway gear and equipment

@jon are you okay with a thread for the people in this forum to sell their gear or equipment?if so, start here. I’ll probably have a few items I can let go for relatively inexpensive. Mostly gear. Can’t really part with any equipment yet.

I know this is important to some people so let’s run with it for now and see what happens.

Please understand that this will be at your own risk - please make every attempt to verify before any transactions your complete.

I’m going to trust that everyone is here for the right reasons and will be honest!

Awesome, I think this has the potential to be very good. So far, as you said, it seems as if everyone is here for the right reasons. This is a game of integrity and hopefully the people who decide to list stuff have that integrity. I’ll have some photos next week when I return home, of some shirts that are too big for me and am willing to give away as long as shipping is paid. Stay tuned.

I like having this option! Beats the heck out of paying the ridiculous Ebay fees. :+1:t2:

Are you going to start a new category for items listed for sale? I believe it would be better if a person starts a new thread in that category each time they list an item or items for sale rather than putting them all in this thread.

Hi fam

Been sitting for a while and before I use it to stake a tree, I’ll toss something out there in case anyone is interested.

I have a like new, very lightly used Project X HZRDUS Smoke Yellow shaft. 6.0/3.3*/63g/Low Spin

Currently has a Ping tip on it (I also have a TM tip somewhere that I can send too) and a new MCC standard black 1.2 cord grip (logo down  )

I pulled this when I was fit into a Diamana bf-60.

Shoot me a note.

S.

I can vouch for Shawn’s trustworthiness if you decide to transact with him!

If anyone local to Los Angeles is interested in anything I’m not playing, I’ll let things go really cheap. Not top tier, but would be good for someone looking to upgrade from really old clubs or box sets. Everything is stiff shaft, standard loft and lie:

Drivers:
Tommy Armour Atomic 10.5 degree (adjustable) with headcover and tool - $70

GigaGolf GXz Ti 9.5 degree STEEL SHAFT - $40

Fairway Woods & Hybrids:
GigaGolf GXz 15 degree STEEL SHAFT - $25

GigaGolf GXz 17 degree and 23 degree STEEL SHAFT - $20 each

Monark Heater F-35 15 degree GRAPHITE SHAFT - mismatch headcover included -$20

Irons:
GigaGolf TRX Power Slot irons 5-PW STEEL SHAFTS - $80

Wedges:
GigaGolf SGS Black 52 degree
Cleveland CG11 48 degree (poor cosmetic condition)
Cleveland CG11 54 degree (poor cosmetic condition) - $15 each

Cleveland CG15 60 degree (good condition) - $20

SquareStrike 45 degree (small dent in shaft, doesn’t affect playability) - $30

I also have about 5 dozen near mint matte orange TaylorMade Project (s) balls. Can take them all for $40. These I could probably ship based on how many I can fit into a USPS flat rate box, so like an extra $10 to send them. Always open to any offers as well.

Just a side note for shipping. You can order golf club size boxes from USPS for free. I think they come in bundles of 10 or 15.

Of course I found out about this after paying way too much for boxes to ship a few clubs awhile back. I also started hoarding boxes from clubs I received to make sure I could always ship clubs out easily.

Yeah, I got a bundle once, wound up using 2 and then had 13 oddly shaped boxes around :upside_down_face: Also need to keep in mind that 45.5" shafted drivers won’t fit in them.

Yeah, drivers are the only issue with those boxes.

The Priority Mail medium mailing “tube” boxes, which are actually triangular, are great for shipping putters and wedges.

I have more old boxes for mailing other clubs / sets than I care to admit. Haha.

I use the priority mail ones as well…and I have a huge pile of boxes in my garage…no idea why I have kept so many…

Same here. I have thrown some away lately but need to weed out a lot more. Luckily we have a huge shed where they are all stored.

Have a few things available for sale. All prices include USPS shipping and PayPal fees.

First up is an Indi Allison Satin Chrome RH Mallet Putter in excellent condition. Length is 33.5" and lie and loft are standard to the best of my knowledge as I have no way of measuring them. Matching head cover is included and the installed grip is a Lamkin Sinkfit Straight Polyurethane. In my opinion based on use, this putter does everything that Indi claims it does. I just decided to stick with blade putters. If you would like to see additional pictures, I will be happy to email you more. Price is $225 which is half msrp.

Next are the following 3 items:

  1. New TaylorMade Players Lifestyle Backpack. $60
  2. 4 sleeves (12 balls) of new Cut Grey White Golf Balls. $25
  3. New Golf Pride TOUR SNSR STRAIGHT 140CC putter grip. $25
