Not the Indian Ocean but Gulf St Vincent which joins the Indian Ocean about 100km south(left)

Here is the view from 7th tee to go with the aerial photo of the green above. Ob left and lake right. The easiest hole on the course and the easiest hole to rack up a big score all in one. The green is round the corner to the left and the hole is 258m from the back tees. From the white tees is either a 6i or 7i to be short of the left bunker then a pw or 9i to a two tier green depending on the wind. Can’t land too far left as the rough slopes to ob just before the left bunker.

Here are a few from my Scotland trip over the summer. First, the Postage Stamp at Royal Troon. If you look close, you can see my ball about 12 feet left of the hole.
Next, Turnberry, with the 9th green to the right of the lighthouse
And last, the view from our balcony at Russacks, in St Andrews.
