I just played in a one day tourney at a club here in Austin and it was pretty much back to normal in terms of no masks, handshakes and socializing.
Everyone has to make their own decisions. There are definitely some guys over 60 that I would expect more caution from that were living it up.
In terms of strangers, I am going to assume they want distance / caution as SOP
