Diet for Golf (and general quality of life)

I’ve been on Keto for 3 months now and lost 25+, I’ve been doing IF and only eat between noon and 8pm. Something that the Dr I’m working with recommended is using exogenous ketones, something to mix in your drink, to help get thru the hunger pains and other possible issues with doing Keto. Hope that helps.

Was wondering though if anyone who has lost weight has had problems with their swing after? My driver and woods timing is just lost. I am able to get thru my swing much easier now not having to go around a belly.

Haha, I’ve jumped around in weight a decent amount… lost 60 lbs right after college but was playing golf daily… it’s definitely an adjustment but it should be relatively quick.

Congratulations on the weight loss!

I’ve gone up and down in weight, but my swing comes and goes far more often so I would never know if the two were related :frowning_face:
